Job Duties

Develop the dessert menu for the various restaurants in collaboration with the Executive Chef

  • Participate in the creation of desserts and technical sheets

  • Manage your team

  • Manage merchandise replenishments

  • Prepare for delivery and ensure the desserts are well presented
