
VACANCY: Human Resource / Training Officer
Key Responsibilities
• Perform administrative HR functions and assist HR team
• Identify training and development needs within the Motibhai Group through job analysis, appraisals, and regular consultation with Line Managers.
• Design and conduct training and development programs based on organizational and individual needs.
• Develop effective induction and customer service programs.
• Ensure that the statutory training requirements and FNU Grant scheme are met.
• Ability to research new training methodologies and e-learning techniques in workplace learning.
• Design and create manuals/modules and course materials.
• Train and mentor staff by providing guidance and support to ensure their continued professional growth & development.
• Support Sales Objectives by inspiring and motivating store staff to achieve sales targets through exceptional customer service training.
• Support other HR functions as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field.
• An accredited trainer from FNU will be an added advantage.
• Relevant experience as a training officer and an understanding of Retail, Restaurants and FMCG operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, planning & organizing skills.
• Knowledge of e-learning techniques and Microsoft Office Applications.
• Ability to meet deadlines and produce training reports.
• Group 2 Driving License will be an added advantage.
