What You Will Do:
- Clean guest rooms and keep the floors tidy.
- Respect guests’ privacy while cleaning their rooms.
- Help guests and answer their questions with a smile.
- Replace used supplies in the rooms.
- Do turndown service when needed (prepare rooms for the night).
- Keep keys safe and keep your cleaning cart neat and full.
- Take care of cleaning tools and equipment.
- Keep the linen room clean and organized.
- Tell your supervisor if anything is broken or missing.
- Follow Hilton Fiji’s safety rules and guidelines.
- Work well with your team and other hotel staff.
- Help find lost items and solve guest problems politely.
- Tell guests about the hotel’s services and special offers.
What We Want From You:
- Completed high school and some training in housekeeping.
- At least 1 year of experience cleaning rooms, preferably in hotels.
- Basic English skills to understand and communicate.
- Know how to clean rooms and use cleaning chemicals safely.
- Able to work different shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Friendly, flexible, and ready to help guests have a great stay.
