Profile

·Experience in purchasing or inventory management, ideally in the hotel industry.

·In-depth knowledge of good food hygiene practices (HACCP or equivalent).

·Excellent negotiation skills.

·Leadership, organization, rigor, and attention to detail.

·Fluent English and proficiency in computer tools.

Missions

Operational:

  • Ensure the supply, restocking, and monitoring of stocks for the various departments.

  • Receive, check, and store goods in accordance with hygiene procedures and rules.

  • Supervise the cleanliness and security of reserves and storage areas.

  • Report any abnormal situation or problem related to safety, hygiene, or quality of service.

 

Administrative:

  • Carry out supplier monitoring and draw up quotes to optimize the quality-price ratio.

  • Monitor the budget and expenditures related to purchases, control supplier statements, and ensure proper inventory management.

  • Participate in the optimization of merchandise ratios and monitor the group's commercial policy.

  • Maintain strong and ethical contractual relationships with suppliers.

     

Managerial:

  • Manage the Purchasing and Management team, organize schedules, and define objectives.

  • Develop employee skills and ensure regular reporting to management.

  • Ensure compliance with service standards and internal procedures, as well as safety and hygiene in all storage areas.
