Profile
·Experience in purchasing or inventory management, ideally in the hotel industry.
·In-depth knowledge of good food hygiene practices (HACCP or equivalent).
·Excellent negotiation skills.
·Leadership, organization, rigor, and attention to detail.
·Fluent English and proficiency in computer tools.
Missions
Operational:
Ensure the supply, restocking, and monitoring of stocks for the various departments.
Receive, check, and store goods in accordance with hygiene procedures and rules.
Supervise the cleanliness and security of reserves and storage areas.
Report any abnormal situation or problem related to safety, hygiene, or quality of service.
Administrative:
Carry out supplier monitoring and draw up quotes to optimize the quality-price ratio.
Monitor the budget and expenditures related to purchases, control supplier statements, and ensure proper inventory management.
Participate in the optimization of merchandise ratios and monitor the group's commercial policy.
Maintain strong and ethical contractual relationships with suppliers.
Managerial:
Manage the Purchasing and Management team, organize schedules, and define objectives.
Develop employee skills and ensure regular reporting to management.
Ensure compliance with service standards and internal procedures, as well as safety and hygiene in all storage areas.
