Job Objective
• Welcomes the customer warmly and with a smile upon arrival at the hotel.
• Courteously carries the guest's luggage upon arrival at the main door to their room and ensures proper luggage management in the event of large numbers of guests arriving.
• Brings down customers' luggage upon departure in accordance with customers' requests and ensures that it is properly loaded onto the shuttle that transports it.
• Handles all customer inquiries in a prompt, courteous, and efficient manner and ensures that the customer feels immediately cared for, reassured, and valued.
• Must be fully informed of arrivals and departures for the day and address the customer by name at least at the beginning and end of each interaction.
• Respects the tasks and schedule assigned to him by the Reception Manager, provides the services expected by customers quickly and efficiently, and anticipates their needs if necessary.
• Ensures prompt delivery of messages received for customers and logs according to current standards.
• Participates in the promotion of the hotel and its various points of sale.
• Respects and applies the performance standards and procedures of his department and participates in all training and development programs of the department, and ensures their application when carrying out his duties.
• Recognizes regular guests and responds to all their requests as well as to the requests of all guests in general, according to Hilton standards.
• Keeps your area, work equipment, and baggage room clean and well-maintained at all times
• Assists Reception in preparing key cards
• Ensures guest safety by only sharing room number, name, or guest information with authorized personnel.
• Must discreetly report to the Security Service any presence of a suspicious object or a person of questionable appearance or behavior in the lobby or on the pontoons and walkways
Qualifications, knowledge, and know-how
