The Position:

The Service Advisor will be responsible for ensuring that exceptional customer service is provided to the customers on a continual basis. The role will report to the Panel and Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Monthly Toyota key Performance Indicators reporting.
• Toyota Customer Service Excellence Award (CSEA) Program reporting and administrative tasks.
• Administration of Inventory levels in Service & Panel consumables and WIP reporting.
• Assist control of technician clocking and staff availability.
• Support to the Service Manager and Parts Manager for the Toyota Service management.

Position requirement

• A minimum of three years of administrative experience.
• Proactive approach and team player.
• Strong analytical and reporting background.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
• Era automotive system (advantageous)
• Ability to work Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings.
