As a Butler at our luxury island resort, you are entrusted with delivering highly personalized, intuitive, and discreet service to our discerning guests. From the moment of arrival to departure, you will ensure every guest's stay is seamless, indulgent, and unforgettable, reflecting the serenity and exclusivity of our island paradise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm, genuine welcome and create tailored experiences for each guest.
- Anticipate and fulfil guest needs with attention to detail and discretion.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to deliver flawless service.
- Assist with in-residence dining, special occasions, and private experiences and upselling.
- Uphold the highest standards of luxury hospitality, service etiquette, and guest care.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in luxury resorts, hotels, or private service roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional, polished appearance with a natural passion for hospitality.
- Ability to work in a team, adapts quickly, and maintains confidentiality.
- Flexible and proactive with a focus on creating memorable guest journeys.
