Kids Club Manager

VOMO Island Resort, Fiji’s award-winning private island escape, is seeking a passionate and dynamic Kids Club Manager to lead our world-class children’s program. About the Role

As Kids Club Manager, you will design and deliver extraordinary experiences for our youngest guests. From Fijian cultural activities and ocean adventures to creative arts, wellness programs, and themed events, you’ll ensure every day at the Kids Club is safe, engaging, and unforgettable. This is a leadership role where you’ll inspire a small team, build trust with parents, and elevate VOMO’s reputation for heartfelt luxury. Reporting directly to the Resort Manager, you’ll balance creativity with operational excellence, always delivering the highest standards of safety, guest satisfaction, and innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Create and lead inspiring daily programs that blend play, culture, wellness, and adventure.
• Maintain the highest safety and supervision standards with confidence and care.
• Build genuine connections with parents, ensuring trust and peace of mind.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the Kids Club team to embody VOMO’s BRITE values.
• Introduce premium family experiences and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
• Ensure Kids Club facilities and resources reflect the luxury standards of VOMO.

What we’re Looking For

• A passionate leader with proven experience in childcare, hospitality, or recreation management.
• Creativity, warmth, and a natural ability to connect with children and families.
• Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and safety.
• Confidence in managing a team and driving performance in a luxury resort environment.
• Qualifications in childcare, education, recreation, or equivalent experience.
• First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
