Paradise Cove Resort, a premier luxury destination in Fiji’s stunning Yasawa Islands, is seeking a dedicated Front Office and Reservations Assistant to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our guests.
Based at Paradise Cove Resort, the Front Office and Reservations Assistant will assist front desk operations and reservations processes, ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries at the front desk.
- Manage reservations, including booking, room assignments, and cancellations.
- Operate front office and reservations software efficiently to process guest requests.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records for front office and reservations activities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in front office or reservations roles.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field).
- Proficiency in front office and reservations software (knowledge of Ibex is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, island-based environment.
- Comfortable with occasional inter-resort travel.
- Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.
