Island Based -  Pest Control Technician

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Pest Control Technician with at least 2-3 years of experience to join our team. This will be an island-based position

The desirable person would be required to conduct inspections at resorts, implement and oversee pest eliminations programs with island staff, monitor activity, plan and manage treatments, chemicals and staff training. It's important that candidates have received proper training and will have access to appropriate pest control poisons and personal protective equipment (PPE).

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect all resort areas ( rooms, restaurants, gardens) to find any pest issues

- Create and carry out pest control plans using safe and effective methods

- Apply treatments carefully to protect guest and staff

- Keep detailed records of all pest activity and treatments

- Respond quickly to any pest issues

Must have:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicant
