The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Manager to drive business growth in Fiji and the Pacific region. You’ll be responsible for finding new clients, building strong relationships, and selling our digital products to hotels, tour operators, government agencies, and more.

What You’ll Do

• Find and connect with potential clients in travel and tourism
• Pitch our tech solutions and close deals
• Build strong relationships with travel agents, hoteliers, and partners
• Manage the full sales process from lead to onboarding
• Work with our team to improve products and marketing
• Attend trade shows and events locally and overseas
• Help grow long-term partnerships and recurring revenue
• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets

What You’ll Need

• Experience in sales or business development (travel, tech, or finance a plus)
• Good understanding of the South Pacific tourism industry
• Confident communicator and relationship builder
• Comfortable with tech and explaining it to others
• Organized, driven, and results-focused
• Willing to travel when needed
