Beachcomber Island Resort is looking for experienced and reliable Boat Crew Members to join our vibrant team in the heart of the Mamanuca Islands

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the safe and efficient operation of resort boats
• Help transport guests, supplies, and equipment
• Ensure passenger safety and comfort at all times
• Support docking, mooring, and general maintenance tasks

Requirements:

• Previous boating or marine experience preferred
• Strong swimming ability and knowledge of water safety
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Must be flexible, dependable, and customer-focused
• Safety certificate - boat crew
