The Position:

The Panel Technician will be responsible for ensuring that exceptional customer service is provided to the customers on a continual basis. This role will report to the Panel and Service Manager.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure all customers requests on the repair order are completed to a high quality standard. Fix-it- Right.
• Request the Team leader to carry out an inspection of all work completed.
• Maintain accurate daily clocking practice by clocking on and off every repair order.
• Ensure a clear, accurate account of all work performed on to the repair order and report all parts, paint, and materials used.
• Keep the work area clean and tidy at all times.

Position Requirements

• A driven self-starter who works as part of the team.
• Punctual with attendance.
• Able to understand and carry out directions as instructed.
• Experience with the necessary aspects of automotive body and paint repairs.
• Commitment to customer care and retention.
• Qualified panel technician or a relative certificate.
• Must have a clean and valid driver’s license.
