Location: Tonga Cable Limited
Experience: 3+ years

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting day-to-day financial operations, and providing direct assistance to the Finance Manager and CEO as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare payment vouchers and process payments
• Calculate and prepare staff payroll
• Compute taxes and ensure timely filings
• Input monthly transactions into accounting software
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
• Handle other finance-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or a related field with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar accounting role (preferred)
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Solid knowledge of payroll and tax regulations
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
