Nagindas & Company Pte Limited is a growing private sector organisation and is a market leader in Fiji’s clothing retail industry, renowned for its commitment to exceptional service and quality products. With the head office in Nadi, S. Nagindas has extended operations with 14 retail stores and an E-Commerce Website.

Job Summary:

S. Nagindas is looking for a talented and driven Business Analyst to join our team to support strategic planning, commercial decision-making and operational efficiency in a fast-paced retailed and wholesale business. This role combines data analytics, process improvement and market intelligence to deliver insights that drive growth and enhanced customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze sales performance across stores, regions and channels.
• Track revenue by product, brand and customer trends.
• Develop models, dashboards and reports to support pricing strategies, promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Utilise analytical tools to derive insights on product category and customer segmentation, product range performance and optimization.
• Support new product launches and campaigns with forecasting and post-activity analysis.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock turnover and aging stock across stores and warehouses.
• Recommend improvements in stock distribution, replenishment cycles and category performance.
• Collaborate with merchandising and cross-functional teams for product and specific customer performance reviews, demand forecasting and range planning.
• Support long-term strategic initiatives such as new business models (eg. E-commerce, outlet expansion)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 2-3 years’ of experience as Business / Data Analyst, preferably in retail or FMCG environment.
• Strong analyst skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Strong skills in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
• Understanding of merchandising, inventory management, and retail store operations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
