FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER (F&B MANAGER)
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Food and Beverage Management in hotel/Resort
- Working knowledge of MS office and POS
- Experience conducting stock takes and analysis
- Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to deliver memorable guest experiences
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Guest-oriented and service-minded with attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service and product quality
- Monitor inventory, manage costs, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of food and beverage staff. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with chefs and culinary staff to design innovative and seasonal menus that cater to diverse guest preferences while maintaining the resort’s culinary standards
- Enhance guest satisfaction by ensuring that all food and beverage experiences exceed expectations
- Address guest feedback effectively and implement improvements where necessary Plan, coordinate, and execute banquets and special events
- Work closely with the events team to develop tailored food and beverage packages that cater to various occasions and preferences
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the food and beverage department
- Implement strategies to improve profitability and optimize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the resort’s food and beverage offerings through innovative campaigns, events, and social media engagement
- Conduct regular inspections of food and beverage facilities to ensure adherence to cleanliness, safety, and quality standards
