Are you tech-savvy, customer-focused, and ready to be part of a fast-paced finance
environment? We're looking for a Digital Officer who thrives on delivering outstanding
service and seamless digital experiences. In this key role, you’ll be the first point of
contact for online enquiries, website leads, and digital loan applications, ensuring our
customers receive expert financial advice and fast, efficient support through the loan
process.

KEY OUTCOMES:
• Respond to and manage incoming online leads, website enquiries, and
digital loan applications.
• Accurately collect, verify, and submit all required documents for loan
processing.
• Ensure real-time data accuracy across all customer and loan management
systems.
• Maintain and update customer accounts, statements, and records using
finance software.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service with professionalism and
care.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally handling online
customer interactions or digital loan processing.
• Familiarity with personal and business loan products, and an understanding of
underwriting processes.
• Strong computer skills
• A self-starter who brings integrity, enthusiasm, and a commitment to excellence.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Samoan.
• A qualification in finance or a related field is preferred
