We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sous Chef to join our culinary team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in culinary techniques, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for creating innovative dishes.

As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality food and maintain our kitchen’s efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and development.
  • Supervise daily kitchen operations and manage kitchen staff.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage food cost control.
  • Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to foster skill development and teamwork.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service.
