We're looking for a skilled and confident bartender to join our team on our private island paradise. If you’ve got a solid grasp of the classics, a creative streak, and can shift gears from high energy to laid-back charm depending on the crowd — we’d love to hear from you.
What the role involves:
- Mixing and serving a range of cocktails, wines, and spirits
- Creating a welcoming, social atmosphere at the bar
- Stock control, cleanliness, and presentation of the bar
- Taking and serving drink and food orders when needed
- Ensuring our guests receive warm, intuitive service
Who we’re looking for:
- Someone who knows their way around a cocktail shaker
- Previous experience in a high-end bar or resort preferred
- Great communication and the ability to read the room
- A team player who can also hold their own during a rush
- Professional, reliable, and respectful
