We’re hiring two Housekeepers & Property Attendants to keep two apartments spotless, well-stocked, and guest-ready. You'll also do light checks on appliances, ensure basic supplies are topped up, and report any issues to management.
Your Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping (Primary Focus)
- Clean to standard, two 2-bedroom apartments between guest stays
- Make beds, change linens, clean bathrooms, kitchens, and floors
- Replenish essentials (toilet paper, soap, tea, coffee, dish liquid)
- Wash and dry towels and sheets using the in-house laundry
- Empty trash and clean balconies, stairways, and outdoor areas
- Style the rooms (folded towels, clean scent, pillows arranged, etc.)
Light Property Duties
- Do a walk-through before each guest check-in to make sure:
- A/C, hot water, WiFi, fridge, and appliances are working
- Remote controls, lights, and taps are functioning properly
- Report any damage or maintenance issues
- Keep stock of cleaning supplies etc and notify when running low
- Running local errands as needed
Who You Are
- Experienced in cleaning homes, hotels, or Airbnb (preferred but not required)
- Detail-obsessed with high standards for cleanliness
- Trustworthy and able to work without constant supervision
- Friendly and polite if you happen to meet guests
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to take initiative
- Comfortable using WhatsApp for communication
Work Schedule
This is a part-time role with a flexible work schedule based on guest bookings. You’ll typically work 4 hours a day, 5 days a week, but the specific days may vary depending on check-in and check-out times. In cases where duties are completed efficiently and to the required standard in less time, you will still be compensated for the full 4-hour shift. This role is perfect for someone who is efficient, reliable, and comfortable working independently and in a team, with a consistent routine that adapts to booking needs.
