Port Denarau Marina Limited is seeking a highly skilled and reliable

Repairs and Maintenance Manager to lead the upkeep and continual improvement of our world-class marina facilities.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Repairs & Maintenance Manager will oversee the condition and safety of marina facilities, lead the maintenance team, and ensure high standards across infrastructure, docks, and amenities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all repairs and maintenance activities across the marina, including implementing preventative maintenance schedules and safety procedures.
• Manage maintenance staff while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards (OSHA and other regulations).
• Support emergency responses such as vessel recovery, spill containment, and salvage operations.
• Assist with contractor supervision and marina expansion projects.
• Maintain detailed records and provide regular reports to management.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Demonstrates strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and initiative, with a customer-first approach and keen attention to detail.
• Understands dock systems and has practical knowledge in general construction, electrical, plumbing, welding and mechanical operations.
• Holds trade qualifications and/or MIA Marina training; experience in marina or facility maintenance will be an added advantage.
• Is capable of managing budgets, resources, and compliance documentation.
• Possesses a valid Driver’s License, with basic boating knowledge and First Aid Certificate.
