We have an opportunity within our Front Office Team for a Guest Service Agent.

Your day to day

Reporting to Front Office Manager as a Guest Service Agent your duties will include but not limited to the following:

  • Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcomes.
  • Acknowledging IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests in person or over the phone.
  • Taking, managing, and receiving payments for guest bookings.
  • Making the check-in and check-out process feel swift and seamless.
  • Staying one step of our guests’ needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations.
  • Help the team – you are always around to help your teammates and share the workload with other duties as required.
  • Know who we are – you will be across our brand standards and work towards making a great branded experience for all.

What we need from you

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and friendly individual who is willing to learn and build an extraordinary career within a global company. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualifications in Hotel Management with 3years experience or related professional area from a Tourism and Hospitality Institute.
  • Previous experience in Hotel Front Office related position is highly regarded.
  • Ability to speak local language(s).
  • Possess professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible - able to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons, and evenings.
  • Knowledge of intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
