Join the team at Mantaray Island Resort, where we believe desserts bring joy and unforgettable moments. We’re looking for a creative, skilled, and passionate Pastry Chef to bring fresh ideas to our kitchen in paradise!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing all pastry kitchen operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and practice organizational skills in the kitchen, following hygiene and safety standards.
  • Develop and update pastry menus, keeping them in line with seasonal ingredients and market trends.
  • Manage inventory, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and available for daily operations.
  • Work with team members to create memorable experiences.
  • Foster a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
  • Work with team members to create memorable dining experiences.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.

Requirements: 

  • Previous experience as a Pastry Chef is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and innovative.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Positive and friendly attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours with a “Can Do” attitude.
