Blue Lagoon Cruises, Fiji’s most iconic multi-day cruise operator, is on the lookout for a spirited individual to join our lively crew aboard the MV Fiji Princess—a stunning 34-cabin cruise vessel that sails on 3, 4, and 7-night adventures from Port Denarau all year round. For over 70 years, we’ve been serving up world-class cruising experiences in the breathtaking Mamanuca & Yasawa Islands, and now we want YOU to be a part of our story!

Your Role: Barperson Extraordinaire

As our onboard Barperson, you’ll be the life of the party, supporting the Guest Services Manager in delivering top-notch hospitality and exceptional bar service. Your charm and expertise will ensure every guest enjoys an experience that’s as refreshing as our signature cocktails!

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience & Credentials: A solid background in a similar role within the tourism or hospitality industry, complete with the necessary certifications.
• Personality Plus: Honest, trustworthy, and brimming with enthusiasm. You’re a self-starter who thrives without constant supervision.
• Customer-Centric: Exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering top-tier customer service.
• Clean Record: Spotless police record.
• Bar Savvy: Demonstrated experience in creating vibrant, enjoyable bar atmospheres.
