We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Controller to join our dynamic team at Beachcomber Island Resort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Manage financial reporting and analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve financial and operational goals.
- Ensure effective internal controls and risk management practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the accommodation or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
