The Grand Pacific Hotel is on an historic journey as we transit into our Luxury & Lifestyle collection of becoming “InterContinental Grand Pacific Hotel Suva”, we have an opportunity within our Food & Beverage team for a Food & Beverage Attendant.

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will support the team which will include but not limited to the following:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure tables are set, clean, and presentable at all times.
• Assist guests with settling their transactions.
• Provide recommendations on menu items and specials.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in accordance with regulations.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Assist in restocking supplies and general cleaning duties.

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and friendly individual who is willing to learn and build an extraordinary career within a global company. The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
