Are you an experienced hospitality professional looking for your next island adventure? Serenity Sands Island Glamping - Our boutique 4-star resort in Fiji is seeking a Rooms Division Manager to lead our front office and reservations operations with efficiency and excellence.

About the Role
As Rooms Division Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, and Guest Services. You will ensure seamless guest experiences, manage key operational systems, and lead a dedicated team in a remote island setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage PMS, OTA connections, Channel Manager, Reservations, Billing & Accounts Management

- Oversee guest check-in/check-out, concierge services, and overall front office operations

- Maintain accurate room inventory, maximize occupancy, room asignments and optimize revenue

- Supervise staff scheduling, training, and performance management

- Coordinate staff and guest transportation logistics

- Ensure compliance with resort policies, financial procedures, and guest service standards

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role within a remote island resort environment

- In-depth knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS), OTA management, reservations, and accounts processes

- Strong leadership and organizational skills with experience in staff management and training

- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, handling logistical challenges with a problem-solving mindset

- Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
