Goolma Ltd which operates Paradise Cove Resort, Blue Lagoon Beach Resort & Octopus Resort is seeking applications from a range of qualified and experienced professional candidates for the following position:

Executive Chef *(Position will be based at Blue Lagoon Beach Resort)

Key Responsibilities:

The Head Chef position at Blue Lagoon Beach Resort, reporting to the General Manager, involves overseeing all culinary operations to deliver an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities include leading and training a team of chefs, ensuring food safety and presentation standards, optimizing efficiency and profitability, representing the resort at events, and managing costs. Candidates need at least three years of senior culinary leadership experience (preferably in a high-end resort), expertise in menu planning and staff development, a passion for local cuisine, strong communication and commercial skills, and a culinary qualification. Island experience and knowledge of food safety regulations are advantageous.
This is a rostered position working on a cycle of 24 days followed by 8 days off.
