Contract duration: 1 April to 30 November 2025.

The IPPF project on Advancing the sexuality agenda and shifting norms in the Pacific through improving access to sexual and reproductive rights and gender equality is funded under the Australian Government's Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) funded Pacific Women Lead (PWL) initiative.  It includes a small community-based participatory research project in Fiji that will be co-led with the Reproductive and Family Health Association of Fiji (RFHAF) to explore the social norms, religious, cultural and traditional practices in the Pacific as paradigms that contribute to, and impact women and girls, and other key populations, access to sexual and reproductive healthcare and services.

IPPF is seeking a research consultant (individual or company/institute) with the required qualifications to deliver through the inception and design, implementation, synthesis and analysis and reporting phases with final documents submitted to IPPF by 30 November 2025.
