What will you be doing?

At Tower, we are progressing boldly to align with future insurance trends. Reporting to the People and Culture Operations Lead, you will play a crucial role in providing reporting, analysis, and insights into Tower's workforce and people.

This role will be responsible for rebuilding and improving our existing reporting models as well as providing ad-hoc analysis on all things people related.

Our customers are our compass and as part of Tower's P&C Platform Transformation project, this role will help shape P&C's systems landscape, data strategy and the development of new reporting tools and capabilities as we build out our P&C systems.

You can expect to also be across the following:

  • Building and maintaining data models and dashboards to generate consistent and correct people analyses and insights on a regular basis.
  • Completing ad-hoc people analysis for executives and senior leaders.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation Tower's new P&C Platform and data strategy
  • Strengthening our data-enabled decision making by increasing capabilities and tools across the team
  • Partnering with Tech and Data teams to enable sharing of people data across the business.
  • Assist with other projects and initiatives across the P&C function where needed.
  • Provide analytical support, data management and reporting for the annual remuneration review process and other yearly processes

 

What you'll need

Bring your passion for leveraging data to drive people strategies and create a positive work environment.

To be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Demonstrated experience working with large datasets.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project Management experience
  • Managing projects to the desired outcomes / benefits
  • Advanced knowledge and competency using Microsoft Excel is critical
  • Advanced data manipulation, reconciliation, analysis, and visualization skills are critical
  • Power BI experience desirable
