Position: Food & Beverage Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all Food and Beverage Operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality and guest satisfaction. Manage the sequence of service to ensure consistency and efficiency across all areas.
• Monitor and control operational costs while maximizing profitability without compromising quality. Conduct regular stock takes and ensure inventory management is up to date.
• Lead and motivate Food and Beverage staff, ensuring a well-trained and motivated team. Maintain high standards of Food Quality, Presentation and Hygiene in line with company policies. Ensure seamless Guest Experiences by focusing on
exceptional service and anticipating guest needs.
• Oversee Quality Control of food and beverages, ensuring they meet the highest standards before reaching the guest. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager, with a strong background in high-end hospitality establishments. Extensive knowledge of Food and Beverage operations, including service sequences, stock management, and cost control.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
• Experience in Quality Control and providing an exceptional guest experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, Marine Environment while maintaining high standards. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest quality of service.
