We are currently seeking highly qualified and experienced professionals to join our dynamic team at our Head Office in Martintar, Nadi.

Finance Manager

Position Overview
Reporting directly to the CFO, the Finance Manager will oversee all financial operations across both resorts, including accounting, payroll, financial reporting, compliance, and team development. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, analytical finance professional with a strong background in the hospitality or service industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for financial improvement.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger management.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Implement process improvements for efficiency and best practices.
• Lead and mentor the finance team.

  Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CA, or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of finance experience, with at least 5 in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in financial software (experience with Sun Accounting Software is advantageous).
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Finance Supervisor

Position Overview
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Finance Supervisor will play a key hands-on role in managing day-to-day financial activities and supporting the Finance Manager in achieving departmental objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily financial activities, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accuracy in financial data, reconciliations, and statements.
• Implement internal controls to safeguard assets and optimize processes.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions and process improvements.
• Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities as required.

  Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Finance Officer

Position Overview
Reporting to the Finance Supervisor, the Finance Officer will support the Finance team by managing accounts, ensuring data accuracy, and focusing on accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.

Key Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Hotel Management.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Sun Systems or similar accounting software.
• Strong understanding of hotel accounting.
