Resort Managers (experience required)
Opportunity to work overseas to gain more experience and enjoy the culture of Samoa.
Prefer a couple that can do two different jobs with (no kids)

Previous Experience required:
Must be hands on and able to lead the staff and look after guests. To qualify candidates must have knowledge with Customer Service, Guests Relations, Office Administration, Reservations and or Restaurant management. Previous Supervisor/ Management roles working at a resort/hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the resort.
- Auditing, costings, invoicing, & reservations.
- Customer service, guest relations, sales, & marketing.
- Develop and implement policies/ procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation and reporting.
- Manage and lead a team of staff across various departments.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Outgoing, friendly personality and a team player.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office, reservations and accounting software.
- Current Driver license
- Must be fluent in English with all communications.

- Current medicals for temporary residency.
- Commit to a 2-year minimum contract
- Minimum 2 Current references that we can verify.
- Must have experience in hospitality at least 3 years minimum.
