Lead the development and execution of digital transformation initiatives.

Collaborate with other executives to integrate digital technology into all areas of the airline, enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Drive the adoption of new technologies and digital practices, ensuring the airline remains at the forefront of the industry.

Oversee the digital project portfolio, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.

Ensure that Fiji Airways technology (hardware and software) is functional and delivering for the business.

Accountable for technology capital planning activities in partnership with business users to ensure timely and cost effective outcomes.

Mentor and develop a high performing digital team capable of executing the organizations digital vision.

Support and drive the company's overarching initiatives and programs.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Relevant university and technology qualifications with at least 10 years of experience.

Strong background in digital strategy and transformation, preferably in the airline industry or similar sectors.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and drive change across the organization.

A solid understanding of digital technologies and trends, including AI, IoT, and data analytics.

Experience in managing large-scale digital projects and leading cross-functional teams.

Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
While airline experience is not necessary, it is considered an advantage. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about driving innovation and embracing change in a complex, dynamic industry.
