Your day to day

• Supervising, coaching, and developing a team of committed hospitality professionals
• Delivering exceptional guest and corporate experiences by setting high standards and finding new ways to exceed them
• Managing food and beverage standards to deliver against our commitment to responsible business practices
• Working closely with F&B Leaders to set, monitor and refine budgets and drive revenue
• Multitasking to oversee multiple food and beverage outlets, banquet, and convention facilities – as well as several captains and team members
• Monitor venue ordering, stock movements and requisitions.
• Assisting F&B Leads to prepare rosters and completing time sheet approvals.
• Supporting and delivering required trainings.
• Driving a positive culture and engagement within the team by motivating, inspiring and leading an effective team that delivers great results.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations concerning health, safety, or other requirements.

• Higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management, or related field, preferred.
• Tech savvy.
• Strong leadership presence.
• 2+ years’ related experience, including demonstrated track record/experience.
• Have an eye for detail, be an enthusiastic and an approachable person who is motivated to take ownership and consistently deliver a unique guest experience.
• Be a strong advocate for working collaboratively to support the wider hotel team success.
• Be flexible with your availability – for example working early mornings, evenings/ nights, weekends, and public holiday shifts.
