The positions will be based at the Energy Fiji Limited’s Navutu Depot, Lautoka and Head Office Suva and will report to the Manager Land Affairs.
Key Responsibilities:

- Under the direction of the Survey Assistant, carry out field and office duties including measuring, planting survey marks and assisting the Survey Assistant to ensure that adequate checks on the field are performed;

- Responsible for the proper care and safe keeping of all survey equipment’s;

- Operate a range of survey equipment on the field , safely and accurately;

- Prepare documentations for field operations;
-
- Calibrate survey equipment’s under the direction of the Survey Assistant

- Responsible for the cleanliness of the vehicles allocated to the Lands Team;
-
- Maintain and administer the survey plot register;
-
- Work in a safe and healthy manner, report any unsafe work conditions or practices;

- Carry out other duties as directed from the Survey Assistant, Wayleave Officer and Manager Land Affairs.
Key Requirements:
-
- Year 12 external examination pass and equivalent experience gained in a similar role;
-
- Work cooperatively with people from range of social , cultural, ethnic backgrounds;

- Familiar with the use of computer-aided design (CAD) software;
-
- Self-Motivated and time management skills
-
- Physically fit and have desire to work outdoors;

- A valid Group (2) (not provisional) Manual Driving License is mandatory.
