We are seeking to hire a highly motivated individual in the role of Finance Executive to join our Finance Team based at the Suva office, reporting to the Senior Finance Executive.

 

Core Responsibilities:

•        Compiling sales and banking reconciliation for all Central locations

•        Verifying banking reconciliation report with AR Team's reconciliation data.

•        Managing all petty cash disbursements.

•        Reconciling and verifying MyCash Trackers against DWH report.

•        Receipting inventory stock into the system (Workplace) when stocks are received from Interlinc for all Flagships.

•        Loading EVD for Flagships & Dealers as and when requested.

•        Conducting spot audits once a week for all stores and provide a full audit report to HODs.

•        Stock Management.

•        Compiling accurate inventory trackers for Central stores.

•        Providing assistance to store employees with queries related to inventory and Aria / GP.

•        Conducting stocktakes & cash counts for West Stores / SKY / Unwired / ICT / GSM.

•        Liaising with Store Managers to resolve variances (if any) or highlight invoicing issues to Inventory team.

•        Reconciling GP / Physical stock to Aria POS system.

•        Managing all MyCash loadings.

Academic qualifications, Experience & Skill a required for this role:

•        A bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

•        2 years working experience in a similar role.

•        Hands-on experience with Finance ERP systems preferably Workplace & GP.

•        Proficient user of Microsoft office

•        Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

•        Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

•        Excellent report creation and report management skills.
