Port Denarau Marina Limited is seeking qualified candidates for the position of:
Human Resources Officer
- The Human Resource (HR) Officer is responsible for completing a variety of duties to support the HR function of Port Denarau Marina Ltd (PDML).
This includes:
- Updating and implementing the company's HR policies and procedures in alignment with current labour laws,
- Drafting HR templates
- Assisting management to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees.
This position reports to the CEO.
Qualifications:
Preferred: Degree in Human Resources, Management or equivalent
Work Knowledge and Experience Required:
- Minimum 3-5 years work experience in Human Resource Administration experience mandatory
- Ability to show a thorough knowledge of HR principles and local regulations through questions, discussions and completed tasks
- Experienced in conducting successful recruitment procedures and know how to take care of all duties related to employee relations.
- Soft skills required: problem-solving, attention to detail, accountability, good work ethics, ability to work independently, adaptability, time management, multitasking, discretion, ability to maintain confidentiality, flexibility, and professionalism maintained all times.
