HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER
Shop N Save Supermarket, a leading retail business operating supermarkets, restaurants, and bakeries across Fiji, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resource Officer to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding procedures.
• Administer employee performance evaluations, development initiatives, and training programs.
• Address employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain precise employee records and HR documentation.
• Compile and prepare analytical reports.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
