About The Role:

Assist the preparation of food as directed by the Executive Chef or supervisory team. Ensure all food produced is in line with kitchen recipes and standards. Ensure the kitchen is kept clean and tidy according to current health & hygiene regulations.

Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
  • A minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery of Similar
  • A strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment and best practices.
