Responsibilities:

•Achieve high customer satisfaction by excelling in quality assurance, receiving, identifying, dispatching goods, and maintaining accurate inventory and shipment records.
• Manage and measure warehousing activities, employee performance, staffing levels, workload assignments, and maintain comprehensive inventory records.
• Ensure effective inventory organization, including proper aisle labeling, categorizing storage, and daily updates on white boards, while maintaining good inventory governance and documentation.
• Identify improvement areas, innovate work procedures, ensure timely damage stock transfers, uphold health and safety standards, and actively participate in weekly inventory counts to control stock losses and damages.

Qualifications:
• Atleast Year 12 level of Education
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, level of leadership and decision making.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
·Accuracy and attention to detail are vital.
•Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to lead a big team especially in a warehouse and distribution setting.
