The International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) is a global sexual and reproductive health (SRH) service provider and is a leading advocate of sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) for all. IPPF is a global movement of more than 120 national organizations, referred to as Member Associations (Mas), working with and for communities and individuals, especially the vulnerable and marginalised.
IPPF-ESEAOR is the regional expression of the Federation in East, Southeast Asia and Oceania Region. It has a regional headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and a sub-regional office in Suva, Fiji, to cater to the Pacific MAs.

In alignment with the new strategy, the IPPF-ESEAOR is seeking an individual to fill the position of “Architect of Cooperation” to support the growth and development of Member Associations (MAs) and Collaborative Partners (CPs).
Reporting to the Membership Support & Development Director, Pacific (with a dotted line to the Humanitarian Deputy Director), the position holder will develop effective professional working relationships with up to 5 Member Associations/Collaborative Partners, and network across the Regional and Global Secretariat team to access and deliver the best support to members by actively participating in and building on a global community of Architects of Cooperation (AoCs). He/She will also create an enabling environment to support the free flow of information and contact (not acting as a gatekeeper or bottleneck) and be responsible for all MA contracting, programmatic and financial requirements.
